Terms and conditions

Purchase agreements are contracted in Danish or English and are legally binding when you receive an order confirmation.

We accept payment with via Stripe, and can accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not charge credit card fees. The amount will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.

Prices er shown in EUR. The prices does not include 25 % Danish VAT. If you want shipment to a country outside of the EU where Danish VAT is not collected, the prices will be shown without VAT upon checkout.

The freight costs will be added to the price – see freight costs below.

Our webshop works in the following way: You collect the wanted goods in the basket by clicking the button “Add to basket” (You find the button next to each product). When you have collected the goods you want to purchase, click “Go to payment” (the button is at the top of the page). Subsequently, you are led to a window of payment. In this window, the total amount of your order is approved again, while providing payment data. By pressing “Confirm order,” you give a binding offer on the purchase of the goods in the basket. Before giving this binding offer, you can at any time and any place change and see the stated data by pressing the button “Back” in your internet browser. Furthermore, the possibility of cancelling the order before giving the binding order always exists by closing your browser window.

After confirming your order you will automatically receive a receipt on the e-mail you gave in when ordering. You can print out the receipt by using the print function of your computer. The purpose of this receipt is solely to give you transparency and documentation for receiving your order and does not constitute an accept of your order. A purchase agreement is finalised when the completion of the order is confirmed in another e-mail (order confirmation). We do not keep the purchase agreements.

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed in Denmark within 1-3 business days. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and The Meeting Design Game reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.

The exact freight costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process.

Typically, we ship the goods with GLS, DSV, PostNord, Prime Cargo, and LGT.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, we do not collect Danish VAT; however, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrive at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country.


If you are wish to return the game, you can do so whitin 14 days of recieving it. Please contact us via e-mail info@meetingdesigngame.com or telephone letting us know that you want to return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your game. Shpping costs are non-refudable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted form your refund.

Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your game must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your game must be in the original packaging/box.

Once we recieve your game, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned game and shortly after give you the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit whitin a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer´s policies.

If we cannot agree on the handling of the claim, you may file a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you want to make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution, you can use this link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Danish law shall apply to any purchase made in the webshop, and the venue is The City Court of Copenhagen. However, absolute national legislation may apply upon delivery outside of Denmark.
